3. Complaints
Should any SUMS product or service, or any aspect of this website, fail to meet your reasonable expectations then please write to the address below explaining the problem, or email help@sums.co.uk . Note that we will always replace faulty CDs on request.

4. Orders
A confirmation of your order will be sent by email within 24 hours. Despatch is usually next day, and wherever possible within 3 working days. You may return any CD at your own cost and thereby cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. We recommend that you obtain proof of sending by using the Royal Mail recorded delivery service.

5. Privacy Policy
We keep all client details in a secure environment. They are never divulged to any third party for any purpose.
